During my junior high school in Home Economics class, we needed to choose an area of specialty which we were going to learn till senior year. Specialty like cooking, beauty and cosmetics, craftsmanship, oregami, etc. I chose cooking but never thought it could be useful in the future.
Now that I'm married to an Indian, I find it necessary to know how to cook.
I thought before that cooking is nothing but an obligation of wives and mothers... But I'm wrong...
For the past two years here in India, my mom-in-law opened my eyes to a different perspective of cooking. It is not be an obligation, it's a passion.
I've read somewhere that whenever you're passionate to do something, the result is always great. Aside from being passionate about it, they always put that special ingredient called "love" everytime they cook.
Now that explains why mothers are always the best cook for most of us. Don't you agree???
